One Full Day, at Your Office

Level 1 in the morning, Level 2 after lunch — the same two masterclasses our public classes run, rebuilt around the work your team actually does.

Before the Day

A Planning Meeting First

We sit down before the training to understand how your team actually works, so the day runs on exercises built for your trade. No charge, and no standard syllabus.

Onsite

Face-to-Face, Your Room

Delivered where your team already works, on their own laptops, so nothing has to be re-learned back at the desk.

From 5 People

Small by Design

Small enough that everyone gets one-to-one attention, and nobody spends the afternoon watching someone else build.

What Actually Happens Between 9 and 5

No theory session, no slide marathon. Demonstrations, then hands-on, then a build.

9:00

Claude Fundamentals

How an agentic assistant differs from a chatbot, what it can reach, and where a human has to stay in the loop. Enough to work confidently, not a computer science lecture.

10:00

Five Demonstrations

Five pieces of work your team recognises, each done live in minutes rather than hours — on material mocked up for your trade.

11:00

Hands-On

Everyone runs the same tasks themselves, on their own laptop, with help at the elbow when they get stuck.

1:30

Scope

Each person picks one real job from their own week and cuts it down to what genuinely finishes today.

2:30

Build

A first working version, then widened — a checker, a tracker, a drafting routine, a small internal page. Whatever that person's job needs.

4:30

Show and Keep

Each person shows what they got working and leaves with it — unfinished edges and all — plus the pack, the prompts and follow-up support by message.

Work Your Team Will Recognise

Named tasks, not capabilities. Each one is rebuilt on mock-up material from your industry before the day.

01

Paper Into Data

A form filled in by hand, a supplier datasheet and a bill become one clean table you can work from — with the gaps flagged rather than quietly filled in.

02

Ask a Long Document a Question

Contracts, reports and manuals answer in seconds, with the clause quoted back so someone can check it.

03

Qualify a List Before You Touch It

A raw export scored against your own rules, so the team works the right names first instead of the top of the spreadsheet.

04

Client-Ready Drafting

Quotes, proposals, replies and follow-ups drafted in your firm’s voice — with the judgment calls still yours to make.

05

Build One Small Thing That Stays

A page, a tracker or a checker built in the room and still in use the following week.

A Full Day of Claude, Delivered This Month

This is the programme on this page, run for a Singapore SME advisory team — and what their people said about it afterwards, in their own words on Google.

Latest Client Story · August 2026

A Full Day of Claude for Singapore’s SME Advisors

Joy Management Services and its sister firm BizPro Advisory have spent close to three decades guiding Singapore SMEs and family businesses through audit, tax, accounting, corporate secretarial and M&A advisory work. For a full day at their own office, their team put Claude to work on exactly that: researching companies and markets, structuring and summarising long documents, drafting client-ready communication, and building the analysis that sits behind a valuation or a due diligence conversation.

Advisory is built on judgment and trust, and no AI replaces that. What changes is how quickly the research, drafting and analysis behind that judgment gets done. The firms that build the habit now are the ones setting the pace in their industry rather than catching up to it.

Built for the People Who Drive the Business

Owners & Directors

SME owners and directors who are the bottleneck on quotes, proposals and client replies, and want that time back without adding headcount.

Professional & Advisory Firms

Accounting, audit, tax, corporate secretarial and consulting teams who spend their week reading long documents and drafting for clients.

Sales & Business Development

Teams working lists, tenders and follow-ups — qualifying prospects, answering RFIs and RFQs, and keeping proposals moving.

Engineering & Operations

Site, service and project teams buried in survey forms, datasheets, readings and reports that still get retyped by hand.

Custom Gen AI Training for Larger Organisations

These are not the Claude day above. Before the Claude programme existed, we ran customised two-day Gen AI training for large regional teams — delivered as AC-Eduworks, the predecessor to Impactus Learning, by the same trainer. They are here as track record, not as an offer.

Earlier Programme · 2-Day Custom Gen AI

AI Capability Building Across the APAC Region

DP World's APAC Commercial and Marketing teams came together for an intensive two-day AI programme — bringing together up to 80 participants online and offline from across the region. The sessions focused on practical AI tools that teams could apply immediately to their day-to-day work: from drafting client proposals and marketing collateral to accelerating research and competitive analysis.

The result was a team energised, aligned, and equipped to leverage AI as a genuine competitive advantage — not just a technology experiment.

Two Days. Every Team. Real Results.

Nespresso Singapore ran two purpose-built AI bootcamp sessions for 60+ participants across every business function — from B2B sales and supply chain to marketing and HR. Each session was tailored to real workplace challenges, covering prompt engineering, AI-powered presentations, Excel with Copilot, and live content generation. Knowledge scores doubled on the day, with 100% of participants agreeing or strongly agreeing across every trainer dimension.

What’s Included, and What Isn’t

Included

  • A planning meeting beforehand, so the day runs on exercises relevant to your trade rather than a standard syllabus
  • Delivered at your office, face to face
  • A full pack — slides, prompt frameworks and all hands-on exercise material, yours to keep
  • Follow-up support by message after the course
  • Certificates for participants on request

Not included

  • Claude subscriptions — each participant needs their own seat, paid to Anthropic, not to us. You can start and stop them yourself.
  • A second day, or participants beyond the group we agree — both are priced separately
  • Building your tools for you after the day. If you want that, it is a separate conversation and a separate price.

Claude seats are Anthropic’s published rates and change from time to time — we will point you at the current ones and you buy them directly. Training is quoted per person with a minimum of five, and the quote is a net price: no GST, no travel charge, nothing for materials or the planning meeting.

Straight Answers

Who is this not for?
Three groups, honestly. It is not an awareness talk for sixty people — that is a different, shorter session and we run those separately. It is not for teams whose company will not pay for Claude seats, because the day only sticks if everyone can keep working the same way on Monday. And it is not a build-it-for-us engagement: your people build in the room, with help, which is the entire point.
Do we need Claude before the day?
Yes — one seat per participant, and a laptop each. Individual Pro accounts work; a Team plan costs slightly more but keeps the seats under company control so you can remove one when somebody leaves. We will tell you the current rates and you buy directly from Anthropic. We take nothing on it.
Our staff are not technical. Will they keep up?
That is the room this is designed for. Nobody writes code. Every exercise is ordinary work — a form, a report, a list, a client reply — and the afternoon build is done in plain English with the trainer at your elbow. Groups stay small so nobody is left behind.
Can you do a half day, or run it online?
The full day is what we recommend, because the morning teaches and the afternoon is where it becomes real. If a full day is impossible we can talk about a morning-only session, or an online awareness session for a larger group. Ask and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
What do we actually have at 5pm?
A first working version of something from their own job, and the confidence to keep building it out that week. A full tool is not an afternoon’s work and we will not pretend otherwise — but the hard part, starting, is done. Plus the pack, the prompts and a way to ask questions afterwards.
How soon can you run it, and what does it cost?
Usually two to three weeks from confirmation, once the planning meeting is done. Cost is quoted per person with a minimum of five, and you get it in writing on a one-page proposal before anything is committed — message us and we will send it.

Bring the Day to Your Office

Tell us what your team spends its week on and we will send a one-page proposal — the running order, what is included, and the cost in writing. A planning meeting comes before the day, at no charge.
